OUR STORY
CDH Developments, founded by Dr. Consuella Hopkins, is a mission-first real estate development company committed to uplifting communities and creating generational wealth through ethical, inclusive property development. Dr. Hopkins’ real estate journey began in 2013, when she recognized a dire need for safe, quality housing and community-oriented spaces in underserved neighborhoods.

Under her leadership, CDH Developments recently reached the funding phase of a 130,000 sq. ft. mixed-use development — an ambitious project that will bring housing, storefronts, and office space to South Bend.
Beyond bricks and mortar, CDH Developments reflects Dr. Hopkins’ unwavering belief that real estate can — and should — be a tool for empowerment. Through the Swella’s Ville Foundation, Tenant & Landlord University, and the CDH Empowerment Group, she ensures that education, financial literacy, and youth mentorship remain pillars of every project.
